Indigo Marshall is a singer and songwriter making her mark on the UK scene, captivating audiences with her unfiltered and honest lyrics. Hailing from Birmingham, Indigo has spent years honing her craft on the West Midlands performance circuit, earning a reputation as one of the region's most exciting talents.

 

In 2019, Indigo released her debut single, and since then, she has kept her foot firmly on the gas. Her debut EP, 'The Fall,' soared to number 1 on Amazon's R&B charts and secured a top 10 spot on the R&B iTunes charts. The project earned critical acclaim, with The Pit London praising the "honest, vulnerable" music that music lovers across the globe can connect to.

 

Indigo's success has caught the attention of major tastemakers, including Sian Anderson, Remi Burgz, Kenny Burns, ITV, I Saw It First, Link Up TV, and SBTV. Her sound has also been embraced by BBC 1Xtra, with highlights on DJ Target's Notice Board, releasing an R&B 1Take with DJ Ace, and an interview with Lady Leshuur.

 

Named as a flagbearer for Birmingham by the BBC, Indigo performed live to 30K people at the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games 2022 with 1 Billion viewers worldwide. The line-up also included Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi, the Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO), Royal Ballet, Duran Duran and more.

 

Alongside Tarju Le'Sano, she is a founding member of the 93:00 Collective, which facilitates artist shows and organises events. The collective has recently partnered with Marshall Live Agency, putting on shows for the likes of Laughta and Manga Saint Hilare.

 

Indigo's recent signing also to Marshall Live Agency has opened up new opportunities for her career, while the support of Help Musicians and MOBO is fueling her next project.
